What you’ll be doing

• You will be crucially important for the transformation of FRASER into a fully AI-augmented agency, across the entire value chain. Hence, we are looking for an expert with deep grasp for the technologies, their setup, and deployment.
• This is as much a techgnical as it is a operational role.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI capabilities across the agency
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into creative, marketing, and production workflows
• Collaborate with leadership, strategy, and tech teams to drive innovation
• Oversee AI-driven projects from concept to delivery
• Stay ahead of AI trends and bring new ideas into the business
• Guide and support teams in adopting AI tools and processes
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability of AI solutions
• Innovate processes on the fly

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced AI, machine learning, or data certifications are advantageous
• 5+ years experience in AI, technology, or digital innovation roles
• Strong understanding of AI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies
• Experience leading teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
• Extensive personal network of relevant suppliers, partners, and enterprise solution providers
