We're hiring our first GTM Engineer at Foorm.
You'll own free-to-paid conversion, outbound infrastructure, CRM logic, and the systems that connect product usage to revenue.
Good fit if you've worked on free-to-paid at a B2B SaaS product, know Clay/Apollo, and can write scripts to automate what doesn't exist yet.

About the role
You build the infrastructure that makes GTM work at scale, and you run the paid channels that drive acquisition. That means owning both sides: the outbound pipelines, CRM logic, and enrichment workflows that enable the sales motion; and the Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns that drive top-of-funnel traffic. You close the loop; the same person who builds the attribution stack also reads it to make better campaign decisions.
What you'll do
- →Build and maintain outbound infrastructure: ICP list building, lead enrichment, and sequencing via Clay, Apollo, or equivalent
- →Own the GTM data stack: CRM setup, contact routing, pipeline hygiene, and lifecycle stage logic
- →Automate repetitive GTM workflows: Lead scoring, handoff triggers, follow-up sequences, churn signals
- →Build and maintain attribution: Connecting ad spend, organic signals, and product usage to revenue
- →Integrate the GTM stack with the Foorm product via webhooks and APIs so signals flow without manual work
- →Build internal dashboards and Slack alerts that give the team real-time visibility into the pipeline and spend
- →Identify where free users stall and build automated nudges, in-app triggers, and email sequences that move them toward paid
- →Design and run conversion experiments — upgrade prompts, trial flows, paywall positioning — and ship the winning variants
- →Build lead scoring logic that flags high-intent free users so the team can prioritize outreach at the right moment
- →Instrument the activation funnel to surface which behaviors correlate with conversion and which predict churn
What we're looking for
- →Proven hands-on experience running paid performance campaigns (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads) with real budget accountability
- →Hands-on experience with GTM tooling: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or comparable outbound and CRM infrastructure
- →Comfortable writing scripts and automations (Python or JavaScript) to solve data and workflow problems
- →Strong grasp of B2B SaaS GTM motions; ICP, buying signals, outbound sequencing, and pipeline stages
- →You think in funnels; CAC, ROAS, activation rate, and LTV are second nature
- →You treat broken workflows as engineering problems, not ops tickets

- →Experience with enrichment APIs (Clearbit, ZoomInfo), revenue attribution tools, or AI-powered outbound tooling
