Here's what it entails:

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts — own the relationship, communication cadence, and overall client experience

Develop and present growth strategies — build out paid media, content, SEO/GEO, and sales enablement plans tailored to each client's goals and industry

Drive campaign execution end-to-end — manage timelines, coordinate deliverables across internal team members, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Lead client meetings and working sessions — prepare agendas, facilitate conversations, recap action items, and keep clients feeling proactive and informed

Own project management across your accounts — maintain Teamwork tasks, timelines, and ensure ownership is always clear

Monitor and report on performance — pull campaign data, synthesize insights, and deliver client-facing reports that go beyond numbers to tell a strategic story

Proactively identify risks and opportunities — flag account health issues early and bring forward-thinking recommendations before clients have to ask

Collaborate with the brand and creative team — brief in deliverables, provide strategic context, and ensure creative output ladders up to growth goals

Spot upsell and expansion opportunities — identify natural next steps within accounts and surface them to the Director of Client Growth
