GROWTH OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Location: Remote • Type: Contract (20 hrs/week) • Rate: $25/hr (fast path to more scope, comp, & FTE) • Start: ASAP

If you want consensus, meetings, or “traditional startup” stuff, though — this is not that.

🚀 THE ROLE

Start by owning the last mile between “great idea” and “live.” You’ll keep campaigns, posts, assets, and tasks moving with clean hands and a calm brain. When something breaks, you quietly fix it before anyone notices.  If you’re doing it right, you’ll make yourself indispensable.

🧩 WHAT YOU’LL DO TO START

• ✉️ Launch and QC pre-written email campaigns in Beehiiv. No blank-page copy—just taste, timing, and zero typos.
  
• 📲 Schedule and manage Instagram posts; keep the cadence tight and the brand voice consistent.
  
• 🗂️ Keep Linear squeaky clean—tickets, timelines, owners, follow-ups. Nothing slips, ever.
  
• 🔁 Coordinate cross-channel launches (email, social, paid). Right asset, right place, right time.
  
• 🔍 Light reporting + QA: links work, images render, UTMs aren’t chaos.
  
• 🧹 File hygiene: upload, label, and organize assets so the team can actually find them.

• 🕘 A traditional 9–5 w/meetings and hand-holding. We run lean, async, and direct.
  
• 🧨 A politics playground. We ship and we help each other, but there’s no tolerance for drama.
