Growth Motion Specialist

We're hiring for our first ever full-time growth hire at Paradigm.

This isn’t a BDR or growth marketing role. We are hiring for a weapon. This role is for someone who can take our growth motion, break it open, and 10x it.

We're looking for:
- An absolute killer. Someone who treats every conversation like the company depends on it (because it does)
- 2-4 years out, ideally banking, consulting, or AI-native GTM
- Wants to build, not climb
- Comfortable being uncomfortable. This job is 70% things you've never done before

You'll work directly with our CEO Anna Monaco, and me. You'll close some of the most sophisticated buyers on the planet. You'll see every part of how an AI company gets built. Most importantly, you'll play a defining role in the future of our company.
