I’m looking for a Growth-led Content Marketer to join our marketing team at Tagalys. Honestly, you'd make it a team (It's only me for now).

This isn’t a X blog per week kind of role. It’s more of a writing content that has high value and high impact.

You’ll write clearly. Think strategically. Ship fast. Experiment across positioning and channels. Kill what doesn’t work fast. And help shape how the world sees us.

We’ve got a product customers love, a solid foundation, and a lot to say; we need help saying it better, louder, and smarter.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth-led Content Marketer who loves writing and storytelling but also cares about who it’s reaching and why it matters. 

This is not a “write 4 blogs a month” role. It’s also not performance marketing. "Growth-led" here means:

  • You write with purpose
  • You create assets that unlock conversations
  • You care about reach, resonance, and what happens after someone reads your work

You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing (Hi, I’m Radhika Chugh 👋) to build and execute a content engine that supports demand, shapes perception, and puts us in front of our ICPs (fashion/lifestyle brands on Shopify in the UK & Australia)

Key Responsibilities (What we’ll count on you for) 

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Turn our product features into benefits that fashion merchandisers actually care about
  • Write compelling narratives that make fashion brands want to work with us
  • Create content that ranks in Google and shows up in GPT-like tools (GEO/LLM focus)
  • Develop assets like landing pages, case studies, comparison pages, co-marketing content, blogs, and snackable POVs

Social media & brand presence 

  • Plan and execute a strong LinkedIn + Instagram calendar (2–3x/week)
  • Repurpose insights from the founder, sales, or CX into social content 
  • Create posts that are high-context, shareable, and useful to our ICPs (without being salesy)


Partner Activation & Enablement

  • Create co-branded content with partners (e.g. webinars, case snippets, ROI tools.
  • Make it easier for partners to pitch Tagalys to their clients
  • Coordinate campaigns that amplify both our reach

Research & Thought Leadership

  • Dive into fashion eCommerce trends, merchandising best practices, and SaaS GTM strategy
  • Use this research to shape our content POV and editorial plan


Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Run monthly reviews — what worked, what didn’t, and why
  • Track performance, iterate fast, and push to improve every month
  • Test new channels, be scrappy, and find non-boring ways to market.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in SaaS.
  • A strategist's brain and a doer’s bias — you move from idea to execution quickly
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills — human, not robotic
  • Comfort across formats: blogs, decks, emails, social, landing pages
  • You’re research-driven and curious — you connect dots others miss
  • Active on LinkedIn—you naturally spot stories worth sharing and understand what performs well. (Good to have)
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva/Figma + AI writing/editing platforms 
  • Familiarity with Shopify or eCommerce brands is a huge plus
  • Understands AI’s role in content—you know when to use it and when to rely on human instinct.
  • Accountable & proactive—you take ownership and drive initiatives forward without handholding.
