With over 600 clients and a dedicated team of 80+ employees, we’ve quickly become the go-to data provider for startups and brands like Amazon, L’Oréal, HP, Aliexpress, Vaynermedia, Jellysmack, and Linktree.

As we continue to expand our reach and drive innovation, we’re seeking an experienced Growth Lead to join our data-loving team and help us on our quest for automating growth.

What you’ll do:

• Drive customer acquisition by discovering and developing new channels, while optimizing existing ones.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of our current marketing channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to our branding efforts, solidifying influencers.club as a key player in the creator economy.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive short-term demand and achieve long-term growth.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms to inform our growth strategies.
• Assist in keyword research to optimize our SEO and increase web traffic.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within the B2B sector.
• Background in influencer marketing is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective outreach.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market opportunities.
• Proficient in conducting keyword research.
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends and algorithms.
• Independent and proactive with a keen focus on achieving results.
