Are you passionate about education and skilled at writing content that informs and inspires? Studyportals is looking for freelance writers to help us create top-quality articles about studying abroad, student life, and academic topics, ranging from Bachelor's to Master's and PhD degrees.

We're especially interested in content with high growth potential. That means well-researched, student-focused articles that meet the latest content marketing standards (EEAT) and are written in clear, engaging English.

What you’ll write about:

• Academic fields and disciplines 👩‍🎓
• University admission processes and application tips
• International study destinations
• Student experiences and challenges
• Degree comparisons (Bachelor vs. Master, MBA vs. EMBA, etc.)
• Trending topics in global higher education

What to expect:

• Around 6 to 8 articles per month, on average
• Each article typically around 1,000 words, though lengths may vary depending on topic and format ✍
• Clear briefs and editorial guidance provided
• Regular feedback to help your work perform at its best

What we’re looking for:

• Freelance writers with experience in higher education, journalism, or SEO content
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to follow detailed briefs and structure articles clearly
• Comfortable writing in a conversational yet informative tone
• Willing to follow our internal formatting and linking practices

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience writing for a student audience
• Understand EEAT and SEO principles
• Know how to write content that aligns with search intent and AI answer structures
• You’ll work with our content team and editors, receive clear briefs, and get
• feedback to help your articles perform at their best
