Freelance UX Writer/Content Designer

• Title: Freelance mid-weight UX Writer/ Content Designer

• Start: Monday, 15th September 2025

• End: Friday, 13th March 2026

• Length: 6 months, (strong chance of extension)

• Client: Global cloud-based accounting platform

• IR35: Outside IR35 (must use a Ltd or Umbrella, not Sole Trader)

• Location: London, UK: GMT timezone

• Work set-up: Full-time freelance, 5 days per week, fully remote

• Brief:

- Knowledge of UX design principles

- Ideally, have experience working within a SaaS environment

- Create user-centred content and technical documentation for developers, partners, and end users

- Design in-app guidance, onboarding flows, and messaging that drives adoption and value

- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to capture technical details
