👉 Manage organic and paid for customer responses via social feeds
👉 Launch and manage regional campaigns
👉 Work with our internal team and customer network to help develop brand awareness.

The Role
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. This role will focus on delivering high-quality content, increasing audience engagement, and strengthening brand awareness across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all company social media channels
• Plan, create, and publish engaging, high-quality content aligned with brand messaging
• Develop content that educates, informs, and promotes our products and services
• Monitor performance and analyse social media metrics to improve effectiveness
• Conduct regular audits of social media activity and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with product launches, campaigns, and company updates
• Track and report on competitor activity and industry trends

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools
• Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills
• High attention to detail
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
