Freelance Social Media Content Specialist

We have officially exceeded our capacity, and it is time to add a new member to our team. We are looking for a freelance Social Media Ads & Content Specialist who is ready to jump in and help our local small business clients shine.

At L8P, we are all about "plain speak" and real results. We need a bit of a unicorn: someone who can handle the technical side of Meta ads but also knows how to make a feed look beautiful.

What we are looking for:
✅ The Experience: You have a solid track record with Meta ads and content strategy.
✅ The Tools: You are a Canva wizard and know your way around a data dashboard.
✅ The Location: You live in the Sea to Sky or Lower Mainland.
✅ The Vibe: You love the freedom of remote work but are stoked to meet up in person occasionally for a coffee and a brainstorm.

Current Needs
50 to 80 h/per month.
$25 - $35/ hour (depending on experience)
