Freelance SEO Travel Copywriter
Thomas Cook🚨 Freelance SEO Travel Copywriter (UK) – 3 month contract
I’m currently looking for a freelance SEO copywriter to support Thomas Cook Digital over the peak summer period (May–July).
This is a delivery-focused role working on a set of high-impact destination and hub pages that are key to organic performance. You’ll be writing and optimising landing page content from structured SEO briefs, including FAQs, internal linking and meta copy, with light input from SEO and editorial.
I’m particularly keen to speak to writers who are comfortable working from detailed briefs, can produce clean, well-structured copy with minimal iteration, and understand how to balance user intent, SEO and conversion. Experience in travel (or similar high-intent consumer sectors) is strongly preferred.
The engagement is for around 10–15 days per month over 3 months. Day rate is in the region of £150–£220 depending on experience — this reflects a focused scope and consistent pipeline of work rather than ad hoc projects.
