Job Description:
First Rodeo is an independent agency built for brands that want to mean something for people and become infinite.

We’re looking for a senior copywriter with unrelenting curiosity, who takes on every day with wonder, kindness, enthusiasm and grit. Someone who knows creativity isn’t just a word on a slide- it’s the actual job.

You’ll help turn real brand and business problems into unexpected ideas that people care about; ideas that are culturally attuned, emotionally driven while still preserving brand foundation.

You’ll work closely with art directors, strategy and creative leadership from first thought to final execution, pushing ideas until they’re worth making, worth sharing, and worth believing in.

Candidate Qualifications:
-5-8+ years of experience in creative agencies
-Social-first by instinct
-Conceptually strong
-Deep cultural curiosity and sharp point of view
-Collaborative spirit
-Willingness to travel or work at our offices if needed and location permits
