Looking for a senior content strategist to help shape Elfina Health's online voice (freelance, part-time).
We have a brilliant team executing content. What we need is someone with 8+ years experience who can zoom out and tell us what story we should be telling – and where.
Someone who gets that mental health content doesn't have to sound like mental health content. Who has opinions about why most brands in this space sound identical. Who understands the difference between Reddit conversations and LinkedIn discussions, between AMAs and Instagram carousels.
This isn't about creating content – it's about defining what Elfina should sound like across platforms. Think of it as being our strategic compass.
Ideally, you have a personal connection to mental health (beyond just "it's important"). Maybe therapy changed your life. Maybe you've seen the system fail someone you love. That perspective matters here.
