Start date: ASAP

Location: Remote 

Term: Freelance - minimum, regular commitment of 10 hours a week.

Salary: £20 per hour.

Closing Date: 17th April 2026. We recommend getting your application in as early as possible, as we review applications on a rolling basis and may close the role at any time.

About the role:

Sparx Maths is our most established product, helping over 2500 schools and millions of students build and deepen their maths knowledge through personalised, independent practice.

We’re looking for freelance contributors to help our team create high-quality content that supports students to think critically and engage more deeply with maths.

About you: 

The essentials:  

• You have a strong understanding of the English Maths curriculum, preferably evidenced by teaching or tutoring experience.
• You’ll have an A-level or degree in Maths. 
• You are an excellent written communicator with great attention to detail. 
• You are digitally literate and able to quickly pick up new software for content writing.
• You can work flexibly and remotely, with access to a laptop or computer.
