Freelance Newsletter Manager

We’re looking for a freelancer to help launch and manage a high-quality newsletter for our RevOps agency. We already have a designer so we just need support with strategy, copy, and execution to grow subscribers and drive engagement.

We’re starting with 1–2 newsletters per month and we will provide some copy each month but things just need to be fine-tuned.

Requirements
Experience launching and managing newsletters in Beehiiv
Proven ability to grow subscribers and engagement
Familiar with RevOps, HubSpot, Close, Zapier, and modern sales systems
Able to own newsletter strategy + copy (we will provide some copy but need guidance)
Comfortable using performance metrics (opens, CTR) to improve content
Native English speaker
Based in EU or US / Canada / Mexico

Nice to have
Demand gen or content-led growth experience
B2B agency or consulting background
