Freelance Junior Content Writer

Hello everyone, we’re looking for a freelance junior content writer at eSkill!
 
We’re in the HR tech space — eSkill is a pre-hire testing software that helps organizations hire based on skills instead of resumes, degrees, AI interviews, and the like. We create a lot of content on current trends in recruiting, including explainers on topics like structured interviewing, ethical AI usage in hiring, etc.
 
This will be a freelance, per-assignment role to start (think medium-ish length content — 800-1500 words — about 2-3 pieces a month), with the potential to turn into a retainer contract in the near future. You’ll work closely with me and Christopher Blomquist on the marketing team.
 
We’re looking for creative writing from people that primarily use their own brain to write (no content that sounds like AI or is otherwise painful dry please).
 
If you’re interested, I would love to see:
 
- A portfolio or a few writing samples
- Your rates
- A link to one particular piece of writing you’re proud of
- Info about relevant experience with B2B SaaS, if any
- Your favorite book you’ve read in the past 12 months
