This is high-volume, strategic work for hospitals and health systems.
We’re looking for full-time freelancers to write and edit service line website content — pages about programs, services, conditions, and treatments — written for patients.
You must:
• Know how to write clear, empathetic healthcare content
• Be able to match a client’s voice and tone
• Understand search best practices and do keyword research
• Have weekday availability for interviews and deadlines
• Have a U.S. Social Security Number or EIN and work U.S. business hours
We train you on our process, support you with schedulers and project managers, and offer consistent work if it’s a good fit.

We are looking for experienced freelance healthcare writers to support our hospital clients with service line website content. Ideal candidates are full-time freelancers with experience writing program, service, condition, and treatment content for patient audiences.

You’ll also have the support of Aha Media account executives, project coordinators, and editors as you develop custom patient-facing content for leading health systems and healthcare companies. In addition to writing about programs, services, conditions, and treatments, you will have opportunities to write for other audiences, such as physicians, and in other forms, such as emails, blog articles, social media posts, annual reports, and print collateral.
