Freelance Fashion Copywriter

I'm looking to hire freelance copywriting help, and after hearing my boss throw around comp numbers like it's 2005, I figured I'd sanity check things before going all in the wrong direction. I'm looking for someone with either fashion ecommerce experience and/or digital brand management in the f-tech personal shopping space.

My hope is to find someone savvy, that isn't going to bill at ~$500+ an article, that I can work with, show competence to my CEO, and slowly build out their responsibilities. When they're working with Search, Content, Customer Support, and possibly even PR/Branding, I can justify the full-time hire & benefits. I'd love to speak to people who are advocating for freelance workers and correct my thinking, as I've been out of the game for several years now.

USA restricted, English first. If they speak Mandarin as well and have worked in fashion tech, I'd Emphatically Like To Meet Them.
