What You’ll Do
*Strategy & Tactical Planning: Shape smart, channel-specific strategies and tactical plans that meet client business goals.
*Omnichannel Planning: Map journeys and recommend personalization tactics to create seamless, connected experiences.
*Innovation & Emerging Tech: Keep an eye on what’s next—from AI to immersive tech—to keep our work future-fit.
*Collaborate: Partner with account, brand, and creative teams to represent the agency POV.

What You’ll Bring
*8+ years of experience in social and digital strategy, ideally within the healthcare space.
*Omnichannel Expertise: Deep knowledge of ecosystem design and journey planning across CRM, web, mobile, social, and SEO/SEM.
*Storytelling Skills: Ability to persuade clients and distill complex strategies into clear, compelling presentations.
*Interpersonal Vibes: We value relationship-building and a collaborative mindset.
