Hey there! I’m Emily, the founder of The 10K Email Club, a marketing membership for female founders that focuses on the power of emails. I’m on the hunt for an experienced marketing strategist (5+ years experience), starting in late April 2026.

The bulk of this role is working with female founders on their email marketing strategy, for both product and service-based businesses. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing, a whole lot of creativity (think part Creative Director), and an eagle eye for editing. There’s TONS of potential for growth within the role and number of hours, if we’re a great fit for each other 🫶. 

The Job

The 10K Email Club is a high-touch, done-with-you club for female founders who need help seeing consistent results from their marketing emails (including weekly newsletters). The Club provides accountability, personalized strategy, and, most importantly, pro copywriter edits and suggestions to member emails. I’m looking for someone who can lead client calls with authority and creativity, has experience with email strategy, can switch voices in an instant, and will take accountability for keeping members on track on a weekly basis.

Our members straddle many industries, from content creators to women’s health to consultants to e-comm.

Main Tasks Include:

• Monthly email strategy calls with members
• Checking in with members and keeping them on track each week
• Create outlines for high-converting campaigns and evergreen flow sequences. Must be adept at providing angle/positioning, key messaging, send timing, and suggested CTAs.
• Line editing email sequences to sharpen messaging & increase key metrics. Includes providing must-click subject lines and preview texts.
• Working closely with myself and a designated copywriter to make sure every email newsletter supports each member’s goals
• Feedback on test emails, including design, spacing, and readability
• 1 weekly meeting with the team
• 1 monthly 1:1 with me

The Nitty Gritty

• You’ll be joining a growing team of 3 women
• Starting around 10 hours/week

• Must be based in the US (this is a non-negotiable)
• Must be a native English speaker (this is a non-negotiable)
• Must be available Monday-Friday during normal working hours (exact hours TBD)
• Fully-remote position
• Hourly pay starting at $60, depending on experience (with the goal of moving to a retainer)
• Start date: April 20th, 2026

This is for you if

• You have a deep understanding of marketing (5+ years experience is a must!)
• You know lead magnets, email automations, and evergreen funnels like the back of your hand
• You’re equal parts creative and incredibly organized
• You’re a positive person (this is not a joke)
• You’re a strong communicator and have 3+ years of client-facing experience
• You’re VERY familiar with Google Docs
• You’ve created email campaigns for brands, coaches, content creators, etc
• You're incredibly detail-oriented
• You know how to tell a damn good story
• You’re familiar with email best practices, KPIs, and metrics

Nice to have

• Experience with Flodesk, Kit, and Klaviyo
• Experience with Notion and Trello
• Copywriting experience
• A design eye
