I’m looking for more content writer-strategists to join our team.
At Good Content, we work directly with c-suite executives + marketing leads at ambitious, high-growth B2B companies to turn their insights into content that builds brand trust, recall, and preference.
What you’ll do:
- Lead editorial strategy + audience development for c-suite executives
- Write for Linkedin, video, podcast, webinars, and more
- Give direction to video editors and designers
- Interview execs 1:1 to extract ideas, stories, and insights
- Internal/external workshop + check-in meetings
- Collab async w/ clients over Slack + email
- Work with some of the most exciting B2B startups + creative execs
What we’re looking for:
- Journalism, editorial, or B2B content background
- Experience with executive ghostwriting / LinkedIn content
- Sharp business acumen + strong executive presence
- You’ve built an audience or advised someone who has
- You’re smart, curious, and have great taste
Once fully ramped, you’ll take on 3–5 different clients (depending on scope of each engagement).
Quick cheat sheet for anyone thinking about applying:
1.) The single most important part of the initial application is the test hook.
2.) We won’t seriously consider anyone without a strong online portfolio/presence.
3.) B2B startup or journalism experience isn’t required but it’s a huge plus.
4.) Once interviewing, we're looking for things like business acumen, executive presence, deep knowledge of Linkedin, enthusiasm, curiosity, and confidence.
5.) Everyone has only ever done the standard application. Which is fine. But in that case, you've got to really blow us away with your hook + background. If you want to do something different to stand out, the opportunity's for the taking.
