Work has been more interesting than ever and we've been doing a lot of interesting engagements around improving LLM visibility and reporting on customer acquisition with content.

As a Content Strategist, you'll be working closely with writers to create high quality content, working directly with clients and running the strategy to help them acquire customers with content, whether it's SEO or GEO.
You'll get to work with financial companies that include fast growing startups, to large household names we've all heard of.

We’re looking for a full-time remote content strategist who will lead content strategy for multiple clients. In this role, you’ll be the client’s main point of contact: leading strategy, managing a writer, and ensuring strong client retention. You’ll work closely with Araminta (our founder), Elliot (content strategist), and the wider team of strategists and writers. The goal is to help our clients achieve a key outcome: acquire customers with content.
You don’t have to have a background in fintech or financial services – we can teach you that. What we really value is attitude and good writing and strategic thinking.

2. Screening call: If we’re interested in your application, we’ll reach out for a short introductory call.
3. Paid writing test: After the first call, we’ll get back to you about doing a paid writing test. This is a test where you fill in a questionnaire and write 500 - 1,000 words of an article, which we pay £150 for.
4. Paid project: If the paid writing test is successful, we’ll ask you to complete a short strategy project, where you’ll create a hypothetical strategy for a hypothetical client. We’ll also pay £150 for this.
5. Final interview: We’ll do one last interview, if possible, in person in the UK (travel reimbursed).
6. Offer: You’ll get an email with your job offer.

You’ll be given a 30/60/90-day plan that will help you get up to speed on the business and your role and help you carve out your unique path to success.
The first 60 days will mainly involve you writing articles and content for clients. This is so you get up to speed with our approach to writing and we can train you on our methodology.
After that, you’ll start doing the strategy working directly with clients. First you’ll be shadowing one of the existing strategists so you learn the ropes of strategy, and then eventually you’ll lead the clients yourself.
You’ll have one-on-ones with Araminta every month to ensure you’re making progress in your career and professional development.
