MVP Health Care is seeking a Digital Content Writer/Copywriter with at least 7 years of experience to support our Digital Marketing team on a part-time, freelance basis (US-based, East Coast preferred, no agencies, please!).
The ideal candidate is an expert in writing for digital channels, including websites, emails, apps. This could include product pages, landing pages, blogs, and more.
You're someone who understands how to write compelling copy based on that content's intended strategy, audience, and objective — whether it's educational, informational, or motivational.
You're SEO savvy and understand how to write for users (while keeping search engines and AI Overviews in mind). You'll follow outlines based on UX design and writing guidelines based on established corporate communications standards.
You'll interview health insurance SMEs for deep product knowledge and artfully add supporting context to accurately and creatively serve our key audiences. The focus should be on humanistic storytelling to demystify health insurance — turning complex health insurance topics into simple, understandable concepts — as a way to break through the online clutter, engage prospects and members, and help them resonate with our brand.
You'll work independently with minimal supervision from a content strategist, editor, and digital marketing lead. You'll use SEO research and AI writing assistant tools for support, but will not submit AI-written documents.
