Role overview
This role is for a growth-minded B2C marketer who loves testing, learning, and scaling what works. You will own customer acquisition for a startup product.

What you’ll do
**Design and run scrappy, experiment-driven campaigns across paid social, email, and search to attract customers.​
**Build, test, and optimize funnels end-to-end: ad creative, landing pages, lead magnets, and nurturing sequences.​
**Develop clear, emotionally resonant messaging that speaks to target audience.​
**Use data to decide what to double down on and what to discontinue; report on CAC, conversion, and ROAS with simple, actionable summaries.​
**Propose and run constant A/B tests on audiences, offers, and creatives to unlock new growth levers.​
**Collaborate directly with founders on positioning, pricing, and new offer ideas based on real campaign feedback.​

What you’ve done
5+ years of proven B2C online marketing experience with clear wins in customer acquisition or DTC growth.​
Hands-on management of campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and at least one email/CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).​
Built and optimized digital funnels for consumer products or services, ideally selling to parents or education-focused buyers.​
Worked in a startup or fast-moving environment where you owned experiments, results, and iterations end-to-end.​
Strong copywriting and creative instincts; comfortable briefing or directing designers/video editors when needed.​

How we’ll work together
Engagement: Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend as we scale.​
Compensation: Competitive hourly or retainer-plus-performance structure, depending on experience and scope.​
Rhythm: Weekly standups with founders, async communication the rest of the time; focus on experiments shipped and growth achieved, not hours online.
