Overview
The SEO and Content Marketing Manager will serve as our technical in-house expert on all things SEO while also being responsible for content ideation and creation partnering with others on the marketing team where appropriate.
Responsibilities:
- Own the SEO/AEO channel for AirSculpt working to optimize our website for qualified traffic and leads.
- Manage our SEO agency ensuring they have a prioritized roadmap aligned with our business goals.
- Develop content strategy and align with marketing partners across channels.
- Manage, create and publish original, high quality content with the goal of increasing search engine presence and rankings
- Manage all local listings through GBP and Yext
- Prepare and present monthly reports (i.e. web traffic, conversion rates, rankings) for analysis and insights
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with company goals
- Monitor SEO/AEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
- Conduct thorough keyword analysis
- Keep pace with SEO & AEO industry trends and developments
- Implement link building campaigns in coordination with SEO goals
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis within our locations and industries
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field
- 3 - 5 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, SemRush etc)
- Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
- Excellent copy writing skills
- Desired: Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills

Compensation:
$110-120K based on experience
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
