Freelance ACD / Writer

Hello NYC ACD specific creatives.
I have a solid, long term Freelance ACD role with potential for full time.
Ideally for a Designer/AD but the ECD will consider a writer.

Here's what will be helpful and or needed...
- The perfect candidate would love MLB/baseball, but not a deal breaker
- A MUST: A social-first person who can showcase real-time creative skills on insta/TT/FB/X . This person is the primary oversight of all creative for content cal. If the portfolio is only full of TV they won't be the right candidate.
- Someone who can showcase killer ideation and ownership of their own work
- Proven track record of leading folks
- Works autonomously and in a group
- Great personality, infectious energy, obvious leader - can own a room and present to brand team. And in this role, this person will be presenting a LOT.
- Understands brand strategy and creating content in tandem with a strategist
- Great sense of humor and positive vibes
- An established ACD, not a SR Creative and also not a CD.

In transparency, the hourly rate will be $80hr.
