the role
This is a founding marketer role, which means there is no playbook, a lot of hats to wear, limited resources, and a small team to rely on.
You will own both acquisition + retention, full-funnel, organic social content, paid media, partnerships, press, community, email, brand, events as marketing, guerrilla ideas nobody has tried yet.
If it drives growth and builds the brand, it's yours. This is a chance to be part of building a category-defining brand from the ground up alongside a founder who is all in.

Lastly, you'll think about what a brand with ten times our resources would do and then figure out how to do it unconventionally with what we have.
who you are
You're a creative storyteller who thinks in growth loops. you can write a killer hook, speak comfortably on camera, build ad creatives, source creators, pitch a journalist, host an event, and ideate on creative partnerships.
You're scrappy, fast, and honest about what's working and what we should kill. you want to build something and are willing to dedicate your time to it, not just work somewhere. you believe less in work-life balance and more in work-life harmony.
