MOXIE is hiring a Founding Content Lead to build and scale our media engine. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who loves making content, thinks like a founder, and wants to build the next big career platform for women.

Our mission is to help women own their career growth through content, community, and cohort-based courses.

We’re evolving into a media-first platform, using social, podcast, and community to reach and support women at scale and we need the best of the best content operator to jump on board!

📝 Role Overview

As Founding Content Lead, you’ll build MOXIE’s content and media engine from scratch.

At the start, you are the machine. You’ll be deeply hands-on creating, testing, shipping, and learning what works across social and podcast. Once the engine is running well, you’ll have full ownership to design, hire, and lead a junior content team to scale it.

Your north star: audience growth (while protecting MOXIE’s voice, quality, and long-term brand).

You’ll own content end-to-end - creation, distribution, systems, and eventually people.

💪 Your Responsibilities

• Build and run MOXIE’s content engine across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcast
• Personally create and ship high-quality content at speed (especially in the early days)
• Experiment with formats, hooks, and distribution to drive audience growth
• Own MOXIE’s podcast end-to-end and turn it into a growth channel
• Set the standards for voice, quality, and content systems
• Hire and lead a junior content team once the engine is ready to scale
