We're hiring for people to help us build Humanise into a multimedia editorial property, ideally someone who gets what this stands for, while growing it to a world class 100k+ reader publication. We're looking for someone who can help us scale this.

Humanise by Plum is an editorial property exploring the human aspects of work. The latest volume, on Exits and Interludes, sits with the human side of a layoff, the circumstances of exits both amicable and ugly, and how to make a sabbatical a transformative journey while dealing with the professional insecurity that comes with it. In so many ways, editing Humanise by Plum is an exercise in curiosity.
