The Role
You'll own Field's marketing calendar and everything it touchesβplanning campaigns, coordinating the people who make the pieces, and assembling it all into cohesive, high-quality execution. Seasonal promotions, product launches, weekly emails, and of course, BFCM. You should have strong creative instincts and care deeply about how the brand shows up.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be writing copy, jumping into Klaviyo and Figma, updating the site, and filling whatever gaps exist to ship great marketing on time.
