Digital & Social Media Executive
Are you chronically online, have a passion for sport and love creating content that people actually care about? We're looking for a curious, energetic, sport-loving Digital & Social Media Executive to work at Redtorch, who has the ability to generate and create platform-specific content ideas that cut through the noise. This hire will work across a range of accounts that include some of the biggest rights holders and brands in sport.

Skills & Requirements
- A passion for sport
- Undergrad degree or equivalent; elite competitive sport experience a bonus
- 1-2 years' experience in social media with platform-specific knowledge
- Basic design and editing capabilities (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
- Confident copywriting
- A pro-active positive attitude, self-motivated and plenty of initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication; English speaking with fluency in a second language a bonus
- Adaptable and flexible to manage the pressures of agency life; live sporting event experience a bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: content calendar planning, scheduling and posting across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook and X
- Brief Creation: effectively communicate a content idea to the Creative team through a comprehensive briefing process
- Community Management: oversee and manage continuous social media community management
- Copywriting: edit and publish high-quality written client-specific content
- Content Ideation & Creation: curate, create, edit and publish video and graphics for a variety of sports and platforms alongside the Creative team
- Content Sourcing: generate content ideas from archive footage and imagery, UGC and co-created content
- Social Media Knowledge: an avid social media user who can react in real-time to sporting and 'on trend' moments, connecting them to client strategy
- Client Communication: partake in client calls to deliver project updates and supply content and strategy recommendations
- Performance & Insight Reporting: work closely with the Research team to compile weekly/monthly performance reports
- Analytics: read basic in-app analytics and adapt digital tactics accordingly
- Weekend Work: availability to support and deliver weekend work, both remote and onsite
Package
- 25 days leave + bank holidays, plus an extra day off for your birthday
- Hybrid working: 2 days/week in the London office (Tuesday & Thursday), 3 days from home

- Salary: £27,000–£30,000
