Role

As Vector’s Demand Generation Marketer, you’ll be the driving force behind our paid advertising strategy and growth marketing efforts, while also serving as a visible thought leader in the demand gen community. This role is both hands-on and strategic—you’ll use Vector’s own platform to create high-performing campaigns that generate pipeline, and then share those learnings directly with prospects, customers, and the market.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll build a repeatable, scalable ads process and identify big growth opportunities. Your work will extend beyond ads, experimenting with other channels, optimizing conversion paths, and building our credibility as the go-to solution for powering ad audiences with intent data.


Responsibilities

  • Ad Strategy & Execution: Own end-to-end paid advertising strategy and execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Campaign Optimization: Refine targeting, landing pages, CTAs, etc. to maximize pipeline growth, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Creative Testing: Design and run experiments to improve ad performance through new messaging, formats, and visuals.
  • Platform Utilization: Use Vector’s own platform to build audiences, launch campaigns, and create proof points through internal case studies.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline contribution, sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Growth Experimentation: Design and execute experiments beyond paid channels, including email, partnerships, content, and referral programs.
  • Community Building: Cultivate relationships with demand gen professionals, industry influencers, and potential partners through social thought leadership, event attendance, and webinar presentations.
  • Publish regular LinkedIn content to showcase Vector use cases and share demand gen insights.
  • Sales Enablement: Participate in sales calls as a subject-matter expert in demand generation best practices.
  • Market Feedback: Contribute to product positioning and roadmap decisions using insights gathered from campaigns and customers.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of marketing experience with deep expertise in paid advertising and analytics.
  • Proven success managing paid ads from strategy to execution.
  • Strong grasp of targeting, segmentation, testing, and attribution modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, marketing automation platforms, and CRMs.
  • Comfortable designing and analyzing growth experiments.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Startup mindset with bias toward action and willingness to pitch in outside your core role.
