Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Writer with a strong understanding of cybersecurity to join our growing team.
In this role, you will:
· Create high-quality, technically accurate content for cybersecurity products and services
· Develop SEO-driven blogs and conversion-focused landing pages
· Engage with niche cybersecurity communities to build brand visibility
· Translate complex security concepts into clear, business-friendly messaging
This role requires both technical understanding and marketing sensibility.
Key Responsibilities
· Write engaging and technically accurate content for cybersecurity solutions (e.g., pentesting tools, EDR, MDR, MSSP, SOC platforms, API Security).
· Develop marketing copy for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and LinkedIn posts.
· Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, news, and industry events and integrate insights into client content.
· Simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Actively engage in communities like Reddit, Discord, Hacker News, and relevant forums to build awareness and contribute to discussions.
· Track industry conversations to generate relevant content ideas.
· Support SEO initiatives, keyword research, and content calendar planning.
· Coordinate with designers and internal team members to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
· Collaborate with client teams to align messaging with brand tone and guidelines.
Requirements
· Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
· 2–3 years of content writing experience (cybersecurity/tech preferred).
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, tools, and terminology.
· Excellent writing skills with clarity, structure, and tone control.
· Familiarity with Reddit, Discord, or cybersecurity forums.
· Basic knowledge of SEO tools and keyword research is a plus.
· Ability to use AI tools effectively to enhance productivity and research.
