Weâre hiring a Customer Growth Marketer to help our customers get to success and centre their stories in our marketing.
You will be our first full-time marketing hire, help us hit audacious goals, and work across the full customer lifecycle from outreach and education to success and word-of-mouth.
The challenge
Every day 50 creators sign up to Senja based on strong word of mouth, Powered By, and our other unscalable marketing.
But here's the thing: most of them never experience the magic.
They sign up, poke around, maybe collect or import a testimonial or two - and then leave.
Not because Senja isn't right for them, but because they never got to the moment where it clicks.
The moment they see their first Wall of Love go live, or watch a testimonial video get shared across their audience, or realise they've turned their happy customers into a growth engine.
We know that moment exists. The customers who find it become evangelists. They tell their friends, they tag us on X, they send us unsolicited love notes DMs.
The gap between "signed up" and "evangelist" is where you come in.
We could spend money on Meta ads to pour more people into the top of the funnel.
But that's not the game we want to play.
We'd rather invest in the people who already chose us.
Help them win, and let their success be the marketing for us.
This role is about building the systems, the stories, and the relationships that turn curious sign-ups into customers who can't stop talking about Senja.
And thatâs how we increase 50 sign ups a day to 500.

Goals
Your north star: Move activation and upgrade rates meaningfully upward.
What that could look like in practice:
- High-quality outreach and conversations with creators every day
- Migrate 8 leading-creators a week from other tools / manual testimonial collection
- Produce multiple educational assets a week including 1:many webinars, emails, templates, and video clips
- Turn 5 customers a week into members of our partner program
What youâll be doing
Senja is a customer proof tool. Our customerâs stories, testimonials and case studies will be the foundation of your marketing.
This role is âfull stackâ and requires building relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. It could include
Social selling and nurturing leads
- Reach out to well-known creators in a helpful, non-pushy way
- Start conversations, understand their goals, and offer value first
- When it makes sense, make clear, honest offers that drive sign-ups and adoption of Senja
Concierge migration
- Offer migration for well-known creators moving from other tools, or manual testimonial collection
- Audit their current setup and design a simple migration plan
- Personally import, tag, and organise their testimonials into Senja
- Make switching to Senja feel effortless and low-risk
Educating customers and leads
- Help leads and customers understand how to get real value from Senja
- Run 1:1 and 1:many group education sessions and office hours
- Create clear videos, guides, and templates to unblock customers quickly
- Audit customer accounts to drive adoption
Partner and amplify
- Use Senja to collect and share customer stories to drive action
- Partner with well-known customers to drive awareness through affiliates and sponsorships
Report and document
- Highlight opportunities to improve the Senja product based on customer feedback
- Track key activities and outcomes across your customers
- Send regular updates with progress to goals
- Document what works in SOPs so we can turn it into repeatable playbooks

Required skills
We are looking for someone who:
- Is excellent at building relationships
- People feel understood and looked after when they talk to you
- You listen carefully, ask good questions, and follow through
- Has high integrity
- You care about doing right by customers and by the team
- You are honest, do what you say you will do, and are comfortable saying ânoâ when something is not a fit
- Is comfortable working across the full customer lifecycle
- From first conversation to migration, onboarding, success, and partnership
- Is hard working, proactive, organised, and detail-orientated
- You spot opportunities to improve the customer experience and act on them
- You are comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team
Who this role is for
Is this you?
- You have 5+ years in a customer-centred marketing or success role
- And youâre ready to take complete ownership
- Youâre a creator or have worked in the creator educator space
- This will give you a big head start
- You use Senja (or a similar tool) to collect testimonials and stories for your own business or projects
- So youâre familiar with our product and the space
- You enjoy speaking with leads and customers daily and turning conversations into clear actions
- We need to leverage relationships to scale our business

Compensation
- Full time, 5 days a week, remote
- Note: you are required to be available 3 hours/day in GMT/BST
- $7,500 per month
