Creative Strategist - Meta Ads

Hiring: Creative Strategist (Meta Ads) – Remote, Retainer Basis

I'm looking for a Creative Strategist to support ad creative for a Meta ads project (a supplement brand, US market).

What you'll do:

• Develop and validate creative angles based on customer psychology and positioning
• Study competitor ads, both direct competitors and adjacent niche brands, to identify transferable hooks and formats
• Write ad scripts across formats (UGC, short form, VSL, static)
• Provide strategic rationale for each script (persona, pain point, awareness stage)

Project Type: Monthly retainer, with potential for long-term collaboration and additional projects

Output: Daily concepts (script + brief), volume to be discussed based on fit

Must have some hands-on experience writing direct response ads for DTC brands. Experience with supplement or wellness brands is a plus.

Note: This isn't a typical 9-5 or full-time role, it's flexible, you can deliver work on your own schedule as long as output is met.
