Creative Operations Assistant

I’m looking for a creative operations assistant.

(Not a social media manager. Not a VA)

Someone who can quietly run the backend of a small but mighty consultancy so I can actually do the work I’m paid for.

You’d be the one making sure the systems flow, the content goes out, and the invoices go where they need to.

It’s the kind of role for someone who loves structure but doesn’t need micromanaging.

Who can move between creativity and spreadsheets without breaking a sweat.

Who gets a kick out of helping a business work.

Here’s a rough idea of what you’d do:
Repurpose and schedule social content (LinkedIn + Instagram + newsletter)
Keep the Notion boards and Google Drive organised

Handle light admin (invoicing, onboarding, file tidying, templates)

You don’t need to know everything – but you do need to care.
About details, about communication, about keeping things moving.
A few specifics:

Freelance role
Approx. 25–30 hours a month
££ dependent on experience.
