Hiya folks, I’m looking to expand our freelance roster here at STORM+SHELTER, and I'm on the lookout for experienced, creatively minded people who bring real craft and clarity to their work.

We’re building up two key pools of talent:

1️⃣ 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 🎞️✂️
We’re looking to grow a varied and reliable roster of editors with proven experience - from high-end brand films to social content, event films, and even vodcast-style edits. If you’ve got strong storytelling instincts and a solid track record, I’d love to hear from you. We’re especially keen on people based in South Wales and the South West, but we’re also very open to fully remote editors.

2️⃣ 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 / 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 🎨🖌️
I’m also keen to connect with people who can shape pitches, respond confidently to briefs, build a clear creative vision, and help bring ideas together across live action and animation. If you enjoy developing concepts, writing up treatments, and collaborating with teams to sell great ideas, you’ll fit right in.
