This person should live/breathe channel nuance. What works on Reddit is not what works on the NYC subway- you should understand those differences while protecting one clear, cohesive brand across all of it.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Copywriter / Creative Strategist to help shape how Musely shows up across every channel. As we expand across paid social, OOH, affiliate publishers, CTV, lifecycle, and beyond, creative must be tailored to each environment while remaining cohesive and unmistakably on-brand. We are looking to hire someone to help us push boundaries and stand out!! Edgy, fun, bold ideas encouraged.

This role will concept and develop channel-specific campaigns, collaborate closely with designers to execute thoughtful creative work, write structured briefs for affiliate and media partners, and help ensure brand tone and strategic vision remain consistent across website, marketing campaigns, and external publications.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong creative thinking, operational discipline, and exceptional attention to detail. It is not a management role, but it demands ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop channel-specific campaign concepts rooted in platform behavior and audience mindset.
  • Create messaging that feels native to each environment while maintaining brand clarity and cohesion.
  • Translate complex medical and product information into persuasive, compliant creative.
  • Build scalable campaign systems across placements.
  • Write strategic briefs for affiliate partners and media publishers, including guardrails, approved claims, positioning frameworks, and CTAs.
  • Review partner content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to concept and refine visual direction, scripts, and campaign assets.
  • Develop clear creative briefs and present polished, strategic work to the Creative Director.
  • Help steward brand tone and consistency across website, paid campaigns, and external publications.

Portfolio is required upon application.

Team: Brand & Creative

Location: Remote (US, Ideally PST-Based)

Reports to: Brand/Creative Director

Compensation: Base 70-85K DOE, plus Stock Options
