Frank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings feel exciting, personal, and refreshingly human. Our modern, sustainability-minded designs have been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and more.
We’re looking for a Copywriter to join our marketing team at a pivotal moment of growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice of a brand that sits at the heart of one of the most significant purchases of someone's life — helping people find the perfect ring. You’ll work across the full marketing mix—from punchy social captions to long-form SEO content, campaign naming, and defining the tone of voice that makes Frank Darling unmistakably Frank Darling.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling copy across all brand touchpoints including social media, email, paid advertising, product descriptions, and website content
- Lead campaign naming and concepting—from seasonal collections to brand-wide initiatives—ensuring consistency of voice and message
- Write and optimize SEO-driven website copy to improve organic visibility and on-site conversion
- Own and evolve the Frank Darling tone of voice, building out guidelines and resources that empower the wider team to write on-brand
- Partner with the design teams to develop 360° campaign concepts that translate across channels
- Support paid media with ad copy that drives performance without sacrificing brand integrity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, design, and customer experience teams to maintain a cohesive brand narrative
- Stay ahead of cultural moments, industry trends, and competitor activity to keep Frank Darling’s content fresh and relevant
Requirements and Experience:
- 4-6 years of copywriting experience, ideally within a DTC brand, luxury, or fine jewelry context
- A portfolio that demonstrates range—from tight social copy and campaign headlines to long-form brand storytelling and TOV documentation
- Proven experience running 360° copywriting across multiple channels and formats simultaneously
- Strong strategic instincts: you think in concepts, not just words, and can connect copy to business objectives
- Experience developing or contributing to tone of voice guidelines and brand language frameworks
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience writing copy that balances search intent with brand voice
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong editorial eye—you notice when a comma changes everything
- Experience working in or alongside jewelry, fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle brands is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple briefs
