...We’re hiring a copywriter at Impact Creator.
Not someone who just wants to “write posts”.

Not an agency.

Not a hired pen.

starts the right conversations,

3 years ago, we built MotherTree from 0 to 60,000 followers on LinkedIn.
No ads. No hacks.

That growth helped move £1.2bn into the green economy.

And led to Impact Creator.

So far, we’ve helped 400+ impact-led founders build personal brands that generate predictable leads and revenue.

We’ve grown to multiple six figures organically.

Now we want to help thousands more founders scale, without selling their soul to the kind of cheap marketing hacks they hate.

And we need a copywriter who wants to help build that.

This role is for a strong mid-level operator who wants more than client work or disconnected tasks.

📝 What you’ll actually do:
• write content that starts conversations and drives demand
• build and optimise funnels (landing pages, email sequences, offers)
• track performance, spot patterns, iterate fast
• help shape and protect our brand voice across LinkedIn, newsletter and site
• work directly with me on launches, positioning and growth experiments

✅ To be considered, you must:
→ have at least 1 year of agency or freelance experience (working across multiple clients/accounts)
→ be applying as an individual (not an agency)

💡 You’ll thrive here if you:
• think commercially and creatively
• want to grow into a lead role over time
• care about ROI more than vanity metrics
• enjoy using data to make good copy better
• genuinely give a sh*t about values-led founders

🚫 This is not for you if:
• you run an agency
• you juggle 10 clients at once
• you just want to “deliver copy”

This isn’t a one-off project.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just do a stint and move on.

Compensation is flexible depending on experience and capacity.

What matters more is ownership, trajectory, and the impact your work will create.
