The Role: The Copywriter will play a key role in shaping, refining and maintaining the voice across all brands and concepts within the Tribute Brands portfolio. Working across all customer-facing and commercial touchpoints, this role is ideal for someone who understands the strategic and commercial impact of copy on brand perception, performance, and growth and can bring ideas to life through clear, creative and well-structured content.

Note - this role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy across digital channels, including website optimisation and blog articles, newsletter, social media, paid ads, and in-studio communications.
  • Support marketing campaigns with strong messaging that aligns with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Develop copy for product launches, new concepts, PR initiatives and franchise-facing communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across markets.
  • Collaborate closely with PR, design, video, and wider marketing teams to ensure messaging and visuals work seamlessly together.
  • Adapt tone and messaging across the TRIB3 and PILAT3S brands, while maintaining consistency and integrity within each brand.
  • Apply SEO best practices across content, including keyword research and on-page optimisation, while editing and proofreading to ensure clarity, accuracy, brand alignment, and strong organic performance.

 

The Person

  • Naturally creative with a strong understanding for language, tone, and brand storytelling.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
  • 3+ years of copywriting experience within a marketing department or brand-led environment.
  • Proven ability to write across multiple platforms and formats, from short-form social and ad copy to longer-form marketing content.
  • Solid understanding of SEO concepts and social media marketing best practices.
  • Additional marketing skills (e.g. content strategy, social media, campaign planning) - is a plus.
