Job Description:

Gleam Connections is seeking a self-motivated, process-driven Wine-loving Rockstar with exceptional copywriting skills to join the team. This role will primarily focus on creating impactful copy across email marketing, social media, blogs, websites, and more, while also supporting other administrative and digital marketing efforts.

Compensation:

• $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience
• Approximately 5 hours per week with the intention to grow

Preferred Time Zones:
Our team operates primarily in EST and CET.  Applicants must be available within these time zones. 📢 Please note that at this time, we are not considering candidates located in Asia. 📢

Responsibilities:

• Crafting persuasive, on-brand copy for email marketing campaigns, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and social media posts
• Managing email campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and reporting
• Developing and scheduling engaging social media content to grow and connect with audiences
• Assisting with SEO optimization for websites and content
• Supporting administrative and project management tasks for wine-related clients
• Updating and maintaining client websites
• Participating in team and client-facing meetings to align on projects and strategies

• You have a strong background in copywriting and digital marketing
• You’re skilled at crafting compelling, on-brand content that drives engagement and conversions
• You thrive on processes, organization, and delivering measurable results
• You’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing roles
• You enjoy staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and tools
• You have a love for wine and a desire to contribute to the success of wine brands
