Are you ready to shape the future of product marketing in a dynamic SaaS environment? 

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us at MediaValet. 

This role is based in Vancouver, BC, with an expectation to attend in-person team meetings once per month at our Yaletown office.

 

In this strategic role, you’ll drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to maximize the impact of MediaValet’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you’ll define how we bring our solutions to market, ensure alignment across departments, and empower teams with the tools they need to succeed. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand awareness, and solidifying MediaValet’s position as a leader in the DAM space. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop and maintain compelling messaging and positioning for MediaValet’s solutions, ensuring differentiation in the market.
  • Clearly articulate the value and benefits of MediaValet to target personas, from end-users to executive stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical features into simple, customer-centric messaging. 

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align roadmaps with market needs and opportunities.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with the resources, tools, and training needed to effectively communicate MediaValet’s value proposition. 

Content Development & Campaign Collaboration

  • Create impactful content, including whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, and videos, to support campaigns and sales efforts.
  • Work closely with Demand Generation to inform integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer retention.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to build targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs. 

Market & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and positioning strategies.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally to influence decision-making across the company. 

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the bridge between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on strategies and priorities. 
  • Represent MediaValet at industry events, webinars, and conferences as a product and market expert.  

Partner Marketing

  • Help execute partner marketing strategies that drive awareness and demand 
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with partners for MediaValet product launches
  • Create and deliver partner facing assets to support demand generation programs
  • Ensure partner product updates are translated into sales-ready messaging and integrated into relevant GTM motions

  • Are data-driven and constantly look for ways to measure and optimize the impact of your efforts.

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. 
  • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise software products. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models, and customer lifecycle stages. 
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of impactful marketing content. 
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and competitive analysis platforms. 
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems or related technologies is an asset but not required. 
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
