Be transparent
We believe that everything we do, say, believe, and stand for should be transparent. That means our thinking, processes, communication, and expectations should be clear. We do not hide behind vague language or shortcuts. We want clients, partners, vendors, and team members to understand how we work and why we make the decisions we make. We are here for the long term, and transparency is part of how we earn trust over time.
Protect our relationships
We believe relationships are one of our biggest assets. That is why we care deeply about operational excellence, strong work, honesty, and proactive communication. We do not treat relationships as transactional. We try to build trust and protect it through the quality of our work and the way we show up every day. If it is “just business,” then it is probably not good business.
Health, above all else
We believe health is above all else.We do not believe meaningful work should come at the expense of physical or mental well-being. To do great work consistently, people need to feel well, think clearly, and have space to live healthy lives. We care about work-life balance because good work depends on healthy people.
Love what you do, otherwise do not do it
We take pride in our work, and we know that great work comes from people who genuinely care about what they do.We want people who enjoy improving, thinking, building, refining, and contributing. Loving the work does not mean every task is exciting. It means caring about the craft, the output, and the standards behind it.
Respect and accept
We respect and accept people of all colors, nationalities, genders, and personal preferences. We respect people’s needs, feelings, goals, ambitions, and time. We try to create an environment where people can do strong work while being treated with respect. We extend that respect to clients, vendors, partners, and teammates, and we expect the same in return.
At Minuttia, we place a strong emphasis on personal and professional growth.
This is achieved through:
