Content Strategist

Remote | Full-time

We’re looking for a Content Strategist to own our content direction and help build a strong, consistent presence across digital channels.

You’ll be responsible for turning ideas, insights, and company goals into content that people actually want to read, watch, and share.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute the overall content strategy

• Plan content calendars across social media, blogs, newsletters, and other channels

• Research audiences, trends, competitors, and relevant topics

• Develop content ideas, formats, and distribution strategies

• Write and edit high-quality content

• Work with designers, video editors, and other creators

• Repurpose content across different platforms

• Analyze content performance and identify what is working

• Experiment with new formats, platforms, and distribution channels

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and content quality

What we’re looking for

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Excellent understanding of social media and digital content

• Strong sense of what makes content engaging

• Creative, curious, and comfortable experimenting

• Good research and storytelling skills

• Ability to turn complex ideas into simple content

• Data-driven approach to improving content performance

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Previous content, marketing, media, or social experience is a plus
