We’ve started by helping everyday Angels build diversified startup portfolios without making investing a full-time job or rolling up with a truck full of money. Eventually, we rewire the entire $25B early-stage funding market, doing for deal flow discovery & engagement what AngelList did for back office and transactions, and operating like a $1B fluid fund.
- We’ve been live for a year, and are deploying more capital per month than a $10M venture fund, and are consistently growing 10% M/M from organic word of mouth.

What You’ll Own
Our magic to the ecosystem is minting repeat investors. 💎
Your job is to get new folks in the door and over the hump on their first investment.
If we continue to grow organically like we have been, we’ll be at $1M ARR by next summer. You have the very real opportunity to get us to $1M ARR by January.
You’ll own multi-touch top-to mid-funnel digital and content marketing. Your goal is to boost both organic signup growth AND the percent of members investing by 50%.
LinkedIn, Substack, SEO, AEO, email, text, and online events are the obvious targets. Trust and psychographics play a bigger role than you’d imagine.
When you figure out what works, we’ll turn on the gas!
- Partner on Content Strategy: Founders can carry the load on big new content creation. Your magic will be in repacking and distributing it to make it drive Play Money’s brand awareness and signups.
- Ideation & Planning: Stay on top of trends in angel investing to generate fresh and relevant content ideas, and planning a content calendar for consistent social growth.
- Cross-channel execution: Plan and execute both organic and paid campaigns (AEO, social, retargeting) aimed at generating qualified leads and pushing them to sign up and take action.
- Data-driven decision making: Regularly review analytics for content performance and user behavior; quickly iterate and optimize strategies based on learnings.
- Customer insights: Understand motivations, objections, and triggers for conversion. Use insights to inform campaign messaging and content focus points.

- Test-and-learn DNA | You geek out about optimization and experimentation. You love a good A/B test in the morning.
- Social Media Fluency & Content Mojo | Turn our GenX smart-girl educational content and hot takes into modern social media 🔥. Know how to build an audience, nail consistency, and sequence touch points to build awareness, trust and action.
Closet geek tendencies | Be super curious and experimental about using AI and automation for anything front-end in our business.
What You’ll Get
You’ll make a higher base pay at a big company or overfunded venture-backed startup, but you won’t have nearly as much fun, autonomy, or upside.

Location: Remote but Continental US Time Zones only, please.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year base + unlimited upside aligned with the incremental new business you drive. We’d love to see make 2x base. Actual comp will depend on your skills and experience.
