Content Strategist

I'm hiring (again), this time for a content strategist.

I'm not too fussed about your writing ability, follower count, or whether you studied marketing.

I'm on the lookout for someone who:

1. Wants to sit and monologue with founders
2. Can pull ideas and write posts from a call
3. Can explain why a post worked and how to replicate it
4. Can write a hook that pulls people in (no growth hacks)
5. Has taste, which is hard to explain and very easy to spot
6. High agency and loves getting sh*t done; doesn't sit waiting to be told what's next
7. Hilarious (or unhinged), because we're in our 0-1 phase and I'd quite like to laugh my way through it

In short, I want to hand you a transcript, a half-formed idea or a founder's rambly voice note and trust you to turn it into the post they wish they'd written themselves.
