1. SEO Strategist
- Is obsessed with SEO and where it’s going
- Thinks commercially, not just about traffic
- Understands SEO AND AI search
- Can spot the 10% that drives 90% of results
- Communicates brilliantly with clients
- Loves experimenting and learning fast
2. Content Specialist
- Knows what great content looks like
- Thinks about buyers, not just keywords
- Can find angles others would miss
- Understands commercial search content
- Can engineer great content with AI
- Has ridiculously high standards
