the work is simple to explain, hard to do well: you’ll live on linkedin, x, reddit, youtube, and the wider internet, spotting what’s actually working and why it’s working.

you’ll be:
- finding high-performing posts, threads, and ideas
- breaking them down into patterns, hooks, and insights
- feeding this research into content for founders building in public

if you enjoy being early to trends, obsessing over great writing, and understanding internet behavior, this role will feel natural.

About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, internet-savvy Researcher who loves digging into trends, ideas, and patterns-especially around AI, business, and startups. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys understanding why things go viral and how people think.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify viral trends across social media, internet culture, and emerging platforms
• Explore and analyze topics related to AI, startups, and business
• Understand and apply human psychology to content and ideas
• Support content creation with strong research-backed insights
• Continuously track what’s new, what’s working, and what’s gaining attention

Requirements

• Education is not a barrier – skills and curiosity matter more
• Strong ability to spot and analyze viral trends
• Good understanding of writing, storytelling, and human psychology
• Genuine interest in AI, business, and startups
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Curious mindset with a habit of deep research
